you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within
7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at
help@siyamisprint.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our
team will guide you through the refund process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10]
working days.

Cancellation Policy

You Orders can be cancelled before the item has been picked up from our supplier.
Once the item has been picked up, the cancellation process will be paused, and you
will need to wait until you receive the product.
